VVFP's dedication to good work is the product of a top-to-bottom corporate culture that begins with president and founder Shane Murphy. With more than 20 years in the fire protection field, including extensive hands-on experience and a wealth of engineering projects, Murphy has an extensive understanding of the industry on every level. As at home out on the job site as he is inside the boardroom, Shane has led VVFP from a modest fire sprinkler design business to the comprehensive fire protection organization it is today.

Murphy holds an associate's of applied science in architectural technology, is a NICET Level IV Senior Engineering Technician, (NICET#97142), is proficient in Autocad and Hydracad and holds a Nevada G and J card license. He’s a member of the National Fire Protection Association, American Fire Sprinkler Association and the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
